
Spring Fling Arts & Crafts Show
Saturday, May 2, 2026
The Spring Fling Arts & Crafts Show invites artists and makers of handmade items to showcase their work. All items must be at least 95% handmade. The event takes place on Main Avenue, Pilgrim Pathway, and Auditorium Square Park. Food vendors are also welcome to participate.
Please note that non-compliance with event rules will result in a ban from future vendor opportunities. Be sure to review the cancellation policy and code of conduct before applying.
Application Information

Applications for eligible returning vendors will be sent via email during the first week of February.

Applications for new vendors will be available online starting February 15th.

All vendors must be accepted to participate, and photos of work are required.
Fees
-
Non-Food Vendors: $110 for a 10x10 space.

Food Vendors: $165 (No deposit is required for vendors in good standing). Food vendors must complete all required health and fire department paperwork, which will be provided upon acceptance.

Please note that a 3.5% transaction fee will now apply to all credit card transactions.

Payment must be submitted with your application. If you plan to pay by credit card, please include the credit card form along with your application.

The Spring Market welcomes vendors offering vintage, antique, handmade, and new items. All items must be family-friendly. The event takes place on the lawn in front of The Great Auditorium on Ocean Pathway. Food vendors are also welcome to participate.

Non-Food Vendors: $155 for an 11x20 space.

Food Vendors: $300 (no deposit required for vendors in good standing)

Summer Stroll Art Walk
Saturday, July 18, 2026
Visual artists interested in participating are invited to contact Norma Tolliver by email at mainavegalleria@optonline.net. Space is limited for this elegant evening of art and live jazz, so interested artists should reach out as soon as possible.

To apply, please provide a brief artist statement and at least two examples of your work. Norma will personally respond to each artist and provide further instructions on how to register.
